Welcome to Milwaukee Guacamole!

This is the story of two Milwaukee non-natives--a man from rural Indiana and a woman from New York--who found themselves falling in love. Over dinners, bike rides, shared weekends, trips to waterparks and Disney, and conversations, the couple began sharing everything and finding out that that love--that connection--was something that neither could live without.

One of the things that the couple discovered was a love of silliness... and a love of guacamole. In between getting married, running two companies, and continuing to learn about each other, the couple made a pledge to visit every Mexican restaurant in the greater Milwaukee area and rate the guacamole. This project, Milwaukee Guacamole, is the on-going result of that work!

Our Own Recipe! Great guacamole is pretty easy to make. Start with a couple of fresh, soft, ripe avacados. Cut them in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Add the juice of a lime and some salt and pepper and begin mashing. Shortly, you'll have guacamole worthy of six avocados! Now, experiment. Add feta, mole sauce, hot sauce, or baby corn to make it your own. Want to share your favorite? us@milwaukeeguacamole.com.
